Almond milk bothering you? Coconut, oat, or rice milk could be your new best friends. (I vote for Oat, it’s INCREDIBLE, in my humble opinion)

  • Fruits, veggies, grains, and legumes are the real MVPs. Go for whole, unprocessed foods to keep things simple and allergen-free. Once you have your base down, then it’s easier to build upon it.

DIY Delights:

  • Channel your inner kitchen maestro and whip up your own meals. This gives you Total Control over what goes into your food, ensuring a safe and allergen-free feast.

Label Literacy:

  • Get cozy with labels. Scan those ingredient lists like you're reading the latest bestseller. Many packaged vegan products proudly flaunt their allergy-friendly status. In fact, there is a section after the ingredients are listed that list if any common allergens are in the product. Head there as well to make sure you’re safe.


🌮 Allergy-Friendly Recipe: Quinoa Tacos

Ready for a taste sensation? Dive into these Quinoa Tacos – allergy-friendly and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients:

  • Quinoa
  • Black beans
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Tortillas

Instructions:

  • Cook quinoa according to package instructions (use veggie broth for added flavor).
  • Mix quinoa with black beans.
  • Load up tortillas with the quinoa-bean mix.
