Vegan: This one's the strict vegan sheriff in town!

Being vegan is a full-on lifestyle choice that goes beyond diet. Vegans say "no thanks" to anything that comes from animals – no meat, no dairy, no eggs, no honey, and even no leather or wool in their wardrobes.

It's a holistic commitment to animal rights, the environment, and ethical living.

Now, you might wonder why these terms get cozy so often. Well, it's because both plant-based and vegan diets can be seen as stepping stones towards a greener, cleaner world.
